Guardian Angel Senior Services, Inc. is seeking dependable caregivers to provide in-home support to seniors across Central Massachusetts, including Petersham, Hardwick, Barre, New Braintree, Oakham, Rutland, and neighboring towns.

Full-time hours are available with a daily pay option, competitive pay, and benefits for employees working 30+ hours per week. Join a supportive team helping seniors stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

Qualifications

• Dependable, patient, and compassionate attitude.
• Valid driver's license; reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in clients' homes.
• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and encourage proper nutrition.
• Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and organization.
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation.
• Support safe mobility and daily routines.

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring dependable, compassionate Caregivers to provide in-home support to seniors in:

Petersham, Hardwick, Barre, New Braintree, Oakham, Rutland, and surrounding communities.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants meaningful work, consistent hours, and the chance to help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. Full-time hours are available, especially for caregivers willing to serve rural areas across multiple towns.

What You'll Do

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
