Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking compassionate caregivers to help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. Training and support are provided, with opportunities for both entry-level and experienced applicants.

Location: Milford, MA, with roles in surrounding towns. We offer full-time, part-time, and per diem positions, along with Daily Pay and competitive hourly pay. Join a team dedicated to personalized care and making a meaningful difference in the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.

• Assist with errands, transportation, and grocery shopping.
• Follow each client's individualized care plan and report changes to the office.

Location: Milford, MA, with opportunities in Mendon, Millville, Blackstone, Bellingham, Franklin, Medway, and Hopedale
Job type: Full-time, part-time, and per diem
Pay: Competitive hourly pay with Daily Pay available

Responsibilities vary by role and each client's individualized care plan and may include:

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

• Follow each client's individualized care plan.
• Observe and report changes in a client's condition to the office team.

What We're Looking For

• A compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to follow directions.
• Previous caregiving, HHA, CNA, PCA, homemaker, or personal-care experience is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn-no experience? We will train you.
• Reliable transportation is strongly preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to complete required background checks.
