Guardian Angel Senior Services, Inc. is seeking dependable caregivers to provide in-home support for seniors across Central Massachusetts, including Petersham, Hardwick, Barre, New Braintree, Oakham, Rutland, and nearby towns.

Full-time hours are available with a daily pay option and benefits. You will assist with daily living, meals, transportation, and ensuring a safe, comfortable home environment while respecting clients and families.

Formación

• Dependable, patient, and compassionate attitude.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation for travel between towns.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in clients' homes.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and encourage proper nutrition.
• Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and organization.
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation.
• Support safe mobility and daily routines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
• Communicate respectfully with clients, families, and the care team.
