Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking a Woodworking Shop - Helper to operate woodworking machinery and hand tools, follow assembly standards, and support daily job tasks in a fast-paced shop environment.

The role requires understanding cut lists, maintaining equipment, and performing tasks as assigned by the Shop Manager, with emphasis on quality and safety and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Experience in the woodworking or cabinet-making fields preferred (32mm systems).
• Experience with woodworking equipment and hand tools is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Some prior Woodworking experience is preferred but not required.
• Driver's License (Required)

• Understand company product lines, machinery, assembly standards, and installation techniques.
• Follow quality and safety standards.
• Maintain shop equipment according to an established schedule.
• Understand cut lists for daily jobs.
