Job summary

ODC, Inc. is seeking a Production Worker to perform hand assembly and wood working in our Production Department. This role focuses on quality and productivity, with daily tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include operating industrial equipment, maintaining production records, and ensuring final inspection and packaging meet quality standards. Candidates should be able to lift up to 40 pounds, stand or sit for long periods, and work Monday through Friday, 7:00 am

Qualifications

At least 18 years old.
Industrial/manufacturing experience preferred.
Experience using power tools (saws, drills) and reading a ruler.

Responsibilities

Perform hand assembly and woodworking tasks with quality and productivity.
Operate industrial equipment such as bindery, packaging, or woodworking machinery.
Ensure final product quality and proper packaging.
Understand basic equipment function to verify proper operation.
Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to complete tasks.
Keep production records as required.
Follow quality control procedures and report non-conformances.
Have authority to stop production due to quality issue.
Be willing to complete first aid and CPR training if requested.
