Closets by Design is seeking a Manufacturing Production Associate to join our Columbia, SC team. You will operate woodworking machinery and hand tools, follow installation standards, and maintain equipment. The role emphasizes quality, reliability, and teamwork within a friendly shop environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in woodworking and hand tools preferred.
• Experience with cabinet-making and 32mm systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools
• Understand company product lines, machinery, assembly standards, and installation techniques
• Follow quality and safety standards

• Understand cut lists for daily jobs
• Additional tasks or projects as defined by the Production Foreman
