Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking a Production Worker to join our growing team. You'll be a shop assistant responsible for operating woodworking machinery and assembling custom cabinetry and organizational systems according to specifications.

We provide training, a safe work environment, and opportunities to develop craftsmanship while contributing to high-quality home organizing solutions. Familiarity with woodworking tools is a plus; strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in woodworking or cabinet-making preferred.
• We will train you to produce quality custom closets.
• Experience with woodworking equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely.
• Produce and assemble custom cabinetry and organizational systems.
• Follow quality control procedures to ensure products meet standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Additional tasks as defined by Production Manager
