Pivotal Health Solutions in Springfield, OR is seeking a Wood Shop Assembler to join our team. You will produce finished products through various assembly and manufacturing processes.

The role requires interpreting blueprints, operating wood fabrication equipment, and ensuring quality and safety standards while meeting production timelines. This position includes lifting up to 75 pounds and collaborating with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Woodshop/wood fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and drawings.
• CNC machine experience.
• Applicants must have a high level of mechanical aptitude.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Detail oriented, dependable, and team oriented.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Operate hand and power tools and CNC equipment to manufacture wood lockers and related products.
• Assemble wood components into finished products on time and within quality standards.
• Follow work instructions and established assembly procedures.
• Keep work area clean and organized to support manufacturing functions.
• Document production and quality actions on forms.
• Use Kanban system to restock parts and materials.
• Build products that meet quality standards and time requirements.
• Adhere to safety standards and requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
