Job summary

Versatile is seeking dependable Production Machine Operators to join our woodworking manufacturing team in Nunica, Michigan. You will operate a range of equipment including CNC routers, edge banders, panel saws, and sanders.

Prior experience on all machines isn’t required; we train you on others as needed. This full-time role offers a 4-day work week, weekends, overtime on Fridays, competitive pay, quarterly bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience operating woodworking equipment and/or production machinery.
• Ability to read work orders, prints, and measurements.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new machines.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production machinery.
• Load materials and monitor machines during production.
• Read work orders, prints, measurements, and production information.
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy.
• Make basic machine adjustments as needed.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance.
• Identify problems and communicate issues to the team.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Work with your team to keep production moving efficiently.
