Qualifications

• Requires a strong knowledge of custom woodworking fabrication.
• Knowledge of and ability to operate miter saws and other standard woodworking equipment.
• Ability to read tape measure and other measurement tools.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings.
• Ability to safely operate power tools, hand tools and woodworking equipment.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Organization of finished product, inventory counting and quality control.
• Safety consciousness.
• 2 years of prior work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate woodworking equipment to fabricate components.
• Read and interpret shop drawings to insure accuracy of assembly.
• Assemble components using adhesives and mechanical fasteners.
• Abide by proper standard of work procedures and safety standards when operating hand tools and other machines or tools.
• Assure proper organization and maintenance of workstation.
