Premier Mantels at Renovation Brands in Florence, AL is seeking a CNC Operator/Programmer with a woodworking background to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. You will program and operate CNC equipment for wood processing.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in woodworking or related environments, CNC programming experience (G-code/Mastercam/Fusion 360/MozaiK), and strong Excel/ERP/MRP skills. You will collaborate with engineering and production to drive process improvements while maintaining

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in woodworking or related manufacturing.
• CNC programming experience with G-code or similar.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and production scheduling.
• Strong math, Excel and ERP/MRP familiarity.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production scheduling and resource planning.
• Create, edit, and interpret CNC programs for routers, saws and other woodworking machinery.
• Select tooling, fixtures, feeds and speeds based on wood species and process type.
• Read and interpret blueprints to guide setup and machining decisions.
• Test CNC programs with gauges and measuring instruments for precision within tolerance.
• Load and unload castings and raw materials safely on CNC machinery.
• Perform regular cleaning and light maintenance on CNC machinery.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement product changes.
• Ensure safety, ISO compliance and quality policies are followed.
