Job summary

Terrestris, LLC is seeking a skilled carpenter for a 6-month contract at 4500 S. Lancaster Rd, Dallas, TX. The role runs 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with federal holidays excluded.

Pay starts at $23.00+ per hour, with potential extension for another 6 months. A strong background in carpentry, construction knowledge, OSHA certification, and reliable transportation are essential. Candidates should have joinery or cabinet-making skills preferred, plus familiarity with building

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the U.S. permanently, without sponsorship.
• Carpentry experience in the construction field.
• OSHA certification.
• Creativity and design skills.
• Experience using hand and power tools (drills, chisels, sanders, saws, nail guns).
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• An associate degree or apprenticeship in carpentry (preferred).
• Joinery or cabinet-making skills (preferred).
• Knowledge of building regulations and codes (preferred).
• Previous experience with the VA is a plus.
