Job summary

Keiser Corporation is seeking a Woodshop Assistant in Fresno, CA. This hands-on role requires following safety rules, using hand and power tools, and operating CNC equipment.

You will join a team that builds quality, USA-made fitness equipment and performs repetitive yet precise assembly tasks. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, strong attendance, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent attendance and willingness to learn.
• Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours and lift items repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Assemble pallets/skids for assembly on a conveyor line and seat cushions.
• Build crates for freight shipments.
• Operate an automated CNC machine.
• Use Kan Ban to manage production output.
• Choose cutting tools, attachments, and materials.
• Inspect units and adjust machine controls to fix defects.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and follow safety standards.
