Job summary

Keiser in Fresno, California, is hiring a Woodshop Assistant to join our U.S.-made equipment team. This hands-on, physically demanding role requires a positive attitude, adherence to shop safety, basic hand and power-tool skills, and clear communication.

You’ll assemble pallets, build crates, operate an automated CNC, and help manage production with a Kan Ban system. Full-time, 6am–2:30pm, Mon–Fri (some weekends). Compensation $17.00–$19.50 hourly, plus quarterly bonus and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to follow shop safety rules and procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble pallets/skids for assembly line and seat cushions.
• Build crates for freight shipments.
• Operate an automated CNC machine.
• Use Kan Ban system to manage production output.
• Select appropriate cutting tools, attachments, and materials.
• Inspect and measure completed units for defects and ensure specifications.
