Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience with woodworking or carpentry is advantageous.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders and follow measurements to build custom wood products.
• Measure, cut, and assemble wood components accurately.
• Operate woodworking tools such as table saws, radial arm saws, and jigsaws.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Sand and prepare wood components for next production stage.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Assist with other woodshop and production activities as needed.
