Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. in Olathe, KS is seeking a Woodshop Production Associate/Wood Fabricator to join our warehouse team. You will assist in project setup, verify measurements from layout plans, and perform carpentry and woodworking duties with care and detail.

Preferred candidates have construction labor, fabrication, carpentry, installing and servicing products, or mechanic experience. A valid driver’s license is required, and you’ll participate in inventory counts and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift background preferred.
• Strong math and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet project deadlines under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with ability to adjust as needed to meet requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project setup and execute work plans.
• Use layout plans and verify drawings and measurements.
• Communicate issues impacting the project.
• Perform carpentry and woodworking duties with care and detail.
• Learn usage of power tools such as table saw, router, and staplers.
• Operate safely in the work environment.
• Participate in cycle counts and inventory.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
