Job summary

As part of the role, you will assemble precut wooden parts, read blueprints, and use a hammer or pneumatic staple gun to secure joints while verifying dimensions and maintaining safety in a production environment potentially requiring lifting up to 120 pounds.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret simple diagrams or blueprints.
• Basic math and measurement skills for angles and dimensions.
• Understand safety procedures to prevent injuries.

Responsibilities

• Assemble precut wooden parts to build trusses and supports.
• Move parts to work area and position using hands and jigs.
• Follow supervisor instructions and blueprint specifications.
• Place metal reinforcement plates using hammer and pneumatic staple gun.
• Verify dimensions and accuracy of assemblies.
• Observe safety procedures and participate in safety meetings.
