Job summary

Pivotal Health Solutions is seeking a Wood Shop Operator in Springfield, OR. The role involves producing finished wood products using assembly methods, hand tools, power tools, and CNC equipment.

You will follow work instructions, maintain an organized workspace, and document production activities. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and be capable of interpreting drawings with strong mechanical aptitude.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in woodshop/wood fabrication preferred.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and CNC equipment to manufacture wood lockers, athletic training equipment, etc.
• Assemble wood components into finished products on time and within quality standards
• Follow established assembly procedures using work instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support manufacturing functions
• Document actions by completing production and quality forms
• Utilize Kanban system to restock depleted parts and materials
• Build defect-free products that meet quality standards and time standards
• Adhere to safety standards and requirements
• Performs other duties as assigned

Pivotal Health Solutions is seeking a Wood Shop Assembler to join our team in Springfield, OR. In this role, you will be responsible for producing finished products through various types of assembly and manufacturing.

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and CNC equipment to manufacture wood lockers, athletic training equipment, etc.
• Assemble wood components into finished products on time and within PHS quality standards
• Utilize work instructions to follow established assembly procedures
• Maintain clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions
• Document actions by completing production and quality forms
• Utilize Kanban system to restock depleted parts and materials
• Build defect-free products that meet Quality Standards
• Build products within time standards
• Adhere to safety standards and requirements
• Performs other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications
