Job summary

Pivotal Health Solutions in Springfield, OR is seeking a Wood Shop Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will produce finished products by operating hand tools, power tools, and CNC equipment, assembling wood components and ensuring timely delivery.

The role requires reading blueprints, maintaining safe, clean work areas, following work instructions, and documenting production activities. Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to lift up to 75 pounds, and work well in a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Woodshop/wood fabrication experience preferred.
• Able to interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Good communication and basic computer skills.
• Detail oriented, dependable, and a team player.
• Able to bend, stoop, reach, lift up to 75 pounds.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and CNC equipment to manufacture wood lockers, athletic training equipment, etc.
• Assemble wood components into finished products on time and within quality standards.
• Follow work instructions and established assembly procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
• Document actions by completing production and quality forms.
• Utilize Kanban system to restock depleted parts and materials.
• Build defect-free products that meet quality standards.
• Build products within time standards.
• Adhere to safety standards and requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Pivotal Health Solutions is seeking a Wood Shop Assembler to join our team in Springfield, OR. In this role, you will be responsible for producing finished products through various types of assembly and manufacturing.

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and CNC equipment to manufacture wood lockers, athletic training equipment, etc.
• Assemble wood components into finished products on time and within PHS quality standards
• Utilize work instructions to follow established assembly procedures
• Maintain clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions
• Document actions by completing production and quality forms
