Job summary

Weyerhaeuser invites Summer 2027 interns to support maintenance and/or operations teams at our Raymond and Longview wood products facilities in Washington. Pay ranges from $20.29 to $32.25 per hour for a 2–3 month internship, with a strong focus on real-world projects and leadership development.

Interns gain exposure to product flow, manufacturing processes, safety culture, and cross-functional teamwork while contributing to meaningful work and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum sophomore standing and pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Commit to a 2-to-3-month internship.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn, grow, and develop.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Strong commitment to safety.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Resume detailing education and work history required.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
