Job summary

Masis Staffing Solutions is hiring an experienced Production Woodworker in the Raleigh area. The role operates Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm with a pay rate of $16 per hour. This position is a great temp-to-hire opportunity in a warehouse environment.

The candidate should be comfortable reading work tickets, using power tools, and maintaining precise measurements and cleanliness in a production setting. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Keen eye for detail and results-driven.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production expectations.
• Regular, punctual attendance per company standards.
• Overtime availability as needed.

Responsibilities

• Use proper lift techniques to transfer finished product from the preparation area to wrap table area.
• Read and follow work ticket instructions.
• Fold and tape wrapping materials to protect finished products.
• Operate basic hand tools to cut and fold material to secure wrapping material, including tape roller, utility knife, table saw, and nail gun.
• Cut materials to specified measurements using hand tools, machines, or power saw.
• Maintain clean and organized working area.
• Additional duties as assigned.
