Job summary

Alianza in Monroe, NC is seeking dependable Assembler Associates to support fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse operations. You will work with wood materials, assist production, and perform general warehouse duties in a physically active setting.

The role requires reading measurements, following work orders, lifting up to 70+ lbs, and collaborating with teammates to meet daily production goals. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/manufacturing preferred.

Pay: $17.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Overtime may be required)

Qualifications1

• Previous experience in a warehouse, construction, or manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to read and accurately use a measuring tape
• Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools
• Ability to lift up to 70+ lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!
