Job summary

Alianza in Monroe, NC is seeking dependable Assembler Associates to support fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse operations. You will work with wood materials, assist production, and perform general warehouse duties in a physically active setting.

The role requires reading measurements, following work orders, lifting up to 70+ lbs, and collaborating with teammates to meet daily production goals. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read and use a measuring tape accurately.
• Ability to lift up to 70+ lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend and perform repetitive tasks.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with production and assembly using wood materials.
• Stack and move finished materials within the facility.
• Operate saws and other equipment to cut materials to measurements.
• Read and follow work orders, layouts, or instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily production goals.
