Job summary

California Closets Fulfillment/XMC is seeking a Machine Operator to set up and run wood processing equipment including automated panel saws, edge banders, CNC routing and drilling, and packing equipment. The role is on 2nd shift: M-F 1:30 PM – 9:30 PM with voluntary overtime.

We offer hourly rates starting at $23.32 per hour, plus 10 PTO days, 5 sick days, 10 paid holidays, 401K with company match, health insurance (medical, dental, vision) and company-provided life insurance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and interpret basic measurements and use a tape measure.
• Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment following safety processes and maintain daily productivity.
• Produce quality parts within specifications and log units produced.
• Inspect equipment before use and perform basic adjustments and maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Check products for quality and resolve issues with line lead.
• Off-load products daily and ensure proper material storage.
