Job summary

California Closets Fulfillment/XMC is seeking a Machine Operator for the 3rd shift in Tolleson, AZ. You will set up and operate wood-processing equipment including panel saws and CNC routing, ensuring quality parts and efficient production. The role requires adherence to safety procedures and the ability to work overnight Sunday to Thursday.

Responsibilities include maintaining logs, inspecting equipment, and keeping a clean work area, with overtime potential and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements and use/read a tape measure.
• Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and stand for long periods.
• Commitment to safety and quality in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment following all safety processes established within the facility.
• Produce the required quality and quantity of parts within established specifications to maximize daily productivity.
• Maintain a log and records of units produced including a record of errors resulting in rejected or discarded pieces.
• Inspect equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment and perform basic and routine adjustments and maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Check products per company policy to ensure quality and completion and resolve any identified problems.
