Job summary

Mil-Spec Packaging is seeking a dependable team member for our wood packaging operations. You will build custom wooden crates, pallets, and SPIs, applying quality checks and reading job orders to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications include manufacturing experience, experience with nail guns and air tools, ability to read orders, and good communication. You will work in a safe, indoor/outdoor manufacturing environment with PPE and shift schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing environments with emphasis on quality control.
• Ability to read and interpret job orders and technical instructions.
• Effective communication with co-workers and management.
• Proficiency with basic math for job order verification and measurements.
• Ability to read standard/metric tape and measure accurately.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Build custom wooden crates, pallets, and SPIs per job orders.
• Check components for quality and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain attendance and work in a team environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
