Job summary

Timberlyne is seeking a General Laborer to perform general lumber mill duties. The role involves stacking lumber, moving inventory, and supporting production operations in a production setting.

Responsibilities include operating saws and moulders, learning quality standards, handling materials equipment, and keeping a clean, safe work area while attending safety meetings. Prior mill/wood experience preferred; HS diploma and reliable attendance required.

• Prior experience in a mill/wood production environment preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with any levels/departments within the organization.
• High school diploma required.
• Reliable attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Operate saws, moulders, and stack lumber from machines.
• Learn and follow quality and stacking standards.
• Learn to operate material handling equipment.
• Assist in basic maintenance of equipment.
• Understand mill operations and production processes.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following safety standards and procedures; attend safety meetings.
• Keep the production area clean and free of hazards.
• Other duties as assigned.
