Job summary

Timberlyne Group in Minnesota is seeking a General Laborer to support our lumber mill operations. This entry-level role involves stacking lumber, moving inventory, and performing manual labor tasks under supervision.

You will learn to operate saws and moulders, meet quality and stacking standards, and participate in safety meetings. The position may require extended hours and outdoor work in varying weather, with PPE provided.

Qualifications

• Prior mill/wood production experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively across departments.
• High school diploma required.
• Reliable attendance expected.

Responsibilities

• Operate saws and moulders and stack lumber to instruction.
• Learn quality and stacking standards.
• Learn to operate material handling equipment.
• Assist with basic equipment maintenance.
• Understand mill operations and production processes.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and attend safety meetings.
• May work extended hours or weekends as production schedules require.
• Other duties as assigned.
