Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale wood-frame multifamily construction projects (ideally $20M+).
• Proven ability to oversee large, ground-up multifamily, mid-rise, or similar vertical commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
