Qualifications

• At least 1 year of frame building experience in the production of upper-end upholstered furniture.
• This is an onsite and in-office role.
• Must be able to pay attention to detail, work with hands, and read production tickets.
• Ability to interpret simple production manual instructions and perform multitask work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble pre-cut frame parts into completed frames per specs and SOPs.
• Ensure parts are square, level, and correctly oriented; use hammer, nails, staples, and glue as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and ground level for flush frame edges.
• Meet minimum productivity of 6 frames per hour, with a goal of 8 per hour.
