Qualifications

• Professional kitchen experience required with line or prep cook duties in a high-volume casual dining setting.
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques, knife work, and station setup with recipe/portion control.
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards including proper handling and cleaning.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure, manage tickets, and maintain attention during busy service.
• Strong teamwork and communication, reliability, punctuality, and willingness to help others.
• Physical ability to stand long hours, lift moderate weights, and work in a hot kitchen.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with wood-fired ovens or pizza prep is a plus; interest in craft beer/brewery culture is beneficial.

Responsibilities
