• High school diploma.
• Experience in a commercial kitchen is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing duties, including: storing all reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning all equipment and areas, returning equipment to proper locations, locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing daily cleaning checklist.
• Set up, stock, and maintain work areas; inspect cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silver prior to use.
• Monitor and maintain a clean working area and cooking surfaces to prepare pizzas, salads, pasta and other items.
• Manage all food orders from servers; follow restaurant policies and recipes precisely.
• Washing, cutting and preparing foods designated for cooking; monitor ingredient measurements.
• Train new employees and participate in scheduled meetings.
