Job summary

Mother Wolf Miami is seeking a dedicated Broiler Cook to work in a wood-fired kitchen. You will monitor flame and temperature, cook and plate dishes to our recipe standards, and help maintain a clean, efficient station.

The role requires at least 1 year in a fast-paced kitchen, a valid food handler card, and strong communication and teamwork. Flexibility with evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Current food handler card.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork are essential.
• Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Cook and plate all menu items according to recipe specifications and presentation standards.
• Monitor food quality during cooking and adjust times/temperatures to ensure consistency.
• Weigh and measure ingredients accurately.
• Restock station when necessary and communicate needs to Chef or Manager.
• Assist other stations when required to maintain smooth service.
• Maintain FIFO and proper storage of food items; adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with cleaning tasks and uphold a clean, organized workstation.
• Support inventory control and supplies management as directed.
