The Indigo Road Hospitality Group invites applications for a pizza cook in Florida. You will uphold high quality standards and work with wood-fired grills to create memorable dishes as part of a collaborative kitchen team.

We value reliability and a strong work ethic, following safety and sanitation guidelines, managing line stations, and delivering exceptional dining experiences for guests across our growing hospitality team.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of kitchen prep and line cook experience.
• Understanding of professional cooking and knife handling.
• Basic food cost knowledge.
• Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation procedures.
• Available to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Prepare high quality dishes with consistency and proper portion sizes.
• Stock and maintain adequate food at line stations for smooth service.
• Follow plating, presentation, and garnish standards.
• Assist with off-peak food prep as needed.
• Close the kitchen following the closing checklist and assist others.
