Qualifications

• At least 2 years of kitchen prep and line cook experience.
• Understanding of professional cooking and knife handling.
• Basic food cost knowledge.
• Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation procedures.
• Available to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high quality dishes with consistency and proper portion sizes.
• Stock and maintain adequate food at line stations for smooth service.
• Follow plating, presentation, and garnish standards.
• Assist with off-peak food prep as needed.
• Close the kitchen following the closing checklist and assist others.
