You will follow established processes, perform thorough quality inspections, and collaborate with supervisors and teammates to meet daily production schedules.

A High School Diploma is required, with 1 year wood finishing experience preferred, and the ability to lift heavy doors and work

Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
Wood finishing experience (1 year) preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces of wood doors for staining by sanding, cleaning, and applying pre-stain conditioner as necessary.
Apply stains and finishes evenly and consistently using established techniques to achieve color and appearance.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and staining equipment.
Perform quality inspections to ensure finished products meet standards.
Follow safety policies, PPE requirements, and environmental procedures for stains and solvents.
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet daily production schedules and quality expectations.
Previous experience staining wood doors or similar wood finishing preferred.
Recognize color variations, finish defects, and other quality issues.
