Job summary

Woodgrain is seeking a Production Worker to support door assembly on the production line. You will follow work orders, inspect finished products for defects, and keep a clean, safe workspace.

Required: high school diploma or GED, ability to follow directions, experience with manufacturing tools, and forklift certification where applicable. Excellent teamwork and safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to carefully follow directions.
• Ability to use manufacturing tools/machinery (chop saw, door machine, router, nail gun, etc.).
• Forklift certification (depending upon branch requirements).
• Familiarity with door components and assembly techniques preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and follows work orders to ensure doors are built to the correct customer specifications.
• Thoroughly inspect all finished products for defects or irregularities and touch-up as necessary.
• Maintains clean and orderly work area to ensure safety.
• Communicates with fellow employees to ensure safe and smooth operations of the assembly line.
• Other duties as described by manager.
