Job summary

LaForce is seeking a motivated, detail-driven Estimator to join our Wood Door Team in Green Bay, WI. This entry-level opportunity offers training and mentorship, with no prior experience required, to build a lasting career in commercial door estimating.

You will review blueprints, analyze specifications, and create bids using internal tools and vendor quotes, while collaborating with sales and project teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain documentation.

We are currently seeking a motivated, detail-driven Estimator to join our dynamic Wood Door Team. In this role, you will be responsible for estimating the wood door portion of commercial construction projects. You'll dive into blueprints, analyze specifications, and create accurate bids that help drive our success. What You'll Do:

• Review and interpret detailed blueprints and project specifications.


• Create accurate project estimates using internal pricing tools and vendor quotes.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) preferred, or 1-2 years of related experience/training - or a blend of education and hands‑on experience. Military experience is considered as a substitute for relevant professional experience.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.


• Strong analytical skills and a sharp eye for detail.


• Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
