The role involves operating cutting machines (not handheld saws), measuring and cutting wood to specifications, and ensuring quality through inspection and color-matching of panels. The successful candidate will follow instructions, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read measuring tape.
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred.
• Experience operating cutting/saw machines is ideal.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Dependable, motivated, and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate Cutting Machines (not handheld saws).
• Measure and cut wood materials according to production specifications.
• Identify, organize, and color-match panels based on material requirements.
• Inspect materials for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain consistent production standards and attention to detail.
• Feed materials to moulder machine.
• Monitor machine operation and production output.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
