TempsPlus of Paducah, Inc. is seeking a Class One Machine Operator for 1st shift in Dover, TN. You will work Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with some Saturdays required, on 9-hour days and with a focus on safety and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role involves operating production equipment, loading/unloading, material movement, and basic quality checks. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate basic manufacturing and production equipment.
• Load and unload machines, conveyors, pallets, and production lines.
• Move materials and parts between workstations.
• Assist other operators with loading and unloading materials.
• Assemble, inspect, and package finished products.
• Maintain accurate production counts and meet established production standards.
• Perform basic quality inspections to ensure products meet requirements.
• Use measuring tools such as tape measures and micrometers.
• Perform minor machine adjustments and basic preventative maintenance as needed.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
