Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience operating industrial or woodworking machinery.
• Ability to read tape measures, blueprints, and cut lists.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work safely around moving machinery and power tools.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor woodworking machinery to produce architectural millwork products.
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and cut lists to ensure accurate production.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and minor adjustments to ensure proper operation.
• Safely load, unload, and handle raw materials and finished products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
