Job summary

Saw Operator position available in Coppell, TX with Staffmark Group. The role involves operating sawing and CNC machinery, loading programs, and ensuring quality through precise measurements. This is a full-time role with a Monday–Friday shift and occasional Saturdays.

Pay rate is $20.00 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for growth in a fast-paced production environment. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and prior saw operation experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.
• Previous saw operation experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.
• Experience working with wood or other raw materials.
• Willingness to assist with preventive maintenance.
• Ability to maintain inventory records and follow 5S practices.
• Reliable attendance and availability to work occasional Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Operate sawing and CNC machinery according to the daily production schedule.
• Load and execute machine programs accurately.
• Install, set up, and align tools.
• Measure parts to ensure specifications and quality standards are met.
• Identify and report raw material damage and/or defects.
• Assist with preventive maintenance (PMs) on machines.
• Perform daily machine and work-area cleaning.
• Support continuous improvement efforts on the shop floor.
