Job summary

Staffmark in Coppell, TX is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to run sawing and CNC machinery, load and execute programs, and ensure parts meet specifications. You will install, align tools, and inspect parts while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

The role offers a Monday–Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM shift with Saturdays as needed. Competitive pay at $20 per hour, plus weekly pay and benefits through Staffmark and partners.

Qualifications

• Previous CNC machining experience.
• Working knowledge of WoodWOP software.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Experience with raw materials management.

Responsibilities

• Operate sawing and CNC machinery according to the daily production schedule.
• Load and execute machine programs accurately.
• Install, set up, and align tools.
• Measure parts to ensure specifications and quality standards are met.
• Identify and report raw material damage and/or defects.
• Assist with preventive maintenance (PMs) on machines.
• Perform daily machine and work-area cleaning.
• Support continuous improvement efforts on the shop floor.
