• Independently create and maintain complete, accurate tech packs, including measurements, construction details, yarn information, and stitch specifications.
• Communicate directly with overseas factories regarding development, samples, revisions, and production details.
• Review samples and provide clear feedback to achieve the intended design and quality.
• Manage multiple styles and meet development deadlines.

Required Qualifications
