Ideal candidates will have strong yarn, stitch, and construction knowledge, with proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite, and experience using SharePoint.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on sweater design experience.
• Strong understanding of yarns, knit stitches, gauges, and garment specs.
• Proficiency in producing production-ready tech packs.
• Experience communicating with overseas factories.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite; SharePoint experience.
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop women’s sweaters reflecting market trends and brand identity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet aesthetic, technical, and production needs.
• Independently create complete tech packs with measurements, construction details, yarn information, and stitch specs.
• Communicate with overseas factories about development, samples, revisions, and production details.
• Review samples and provide clear feedback to ensure design quality.
• Manage multiple styles and meet development deadlines.
