Job summary

RemX | The Workforce Experts is seeking a Production Sweater Technical Designer to oversee the technical development of sweaters from concept through production. You will collaborate with Design and vendors to ensure fit, quality, construction, and brand standards are met.

You will create and validate sweater tech packs, run fit sessions, and coordinate with factories—domestic and overseas—to resolve technical issues and ensure consistent production quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field.
• 5+ years of knitwear/sweater technical design experience.
• Strong knowledge of sweater construction, knitting techniques, yarns, and fit.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and tech pack creation.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with international factories preferred.
• Centric PLM experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of sustainable knitwear practices is a plus.
