Job summary

Rutherford Regional Health System in Rutherfordton, NC, seeks a Registered Nurse for Women’s Services to deliver professional nursing care to a group of assigned patients. You will collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure high-quality patient care in a busy women’s units setting.

Requires 1–3 years of Women’s Services experience, NC RN license, and relevant certifications (BLS, PALS, ACLS, NRP, STABLE).

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Women’s Services experience required.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current RN license to practice in NC.
• BLS, PALS, ACLS, NRP, STABLE certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Render professional nursing care to assigned patients within the hospital.
• Collaborate with medical staff to provide quality patient care.
• Supervise and delegate duties to ancillary personnel.
• Initiate discharge planning and provide patient education.
• Maintain patient safety and adhere to approved policies.
