Qualifications

• Current state RN license and an associate degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Active Texas RN license (single-state) or compact required.
• Relocation requires licensure to PSOR before employment.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS required within six months of hire.
• One year of leadership/Women's & children experience preferred.
• ASLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs department activities and resources to meet objectives.
• Develops goals, plans, and standards in clinical and administrative areas.
• Oversees staffing, hiring, orientation, and education initiatives.
• Manages budgets and ensures compliance with funding.
