Job summary

The University of Washington invites applications for the Assistant Soccer Coach – Women’s program based in Seattle. This full-time position reports to the Head Coach and focuses on coaching, recruiting, and student-athlete development to advance competitive success and academic excellence.

Responsibilities include coaching, recruiting, roster management, and supporting the Head Coach's strategic vision while coordinating with staff to maintain NCAA compliance and program operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and coaching experience at collegiate or elite level or two years coaching junior rowers or two years competing at Senior National Team level.
• Proven ability to relate to student-athletes.

Responsibilities

• Coaching & Athlete Performance is a primary duty, with focus on development and competitive success.
• Recruiting & Talent Identification responsibilities across the program.
• Compliance, roster management & administrative operations support.
• Student-athlete development and mentorship.
• Equipment & boat operations coordination.
• Communications, marketing & advancement activities.
• Travel & event operations support.
• Other duties as assigned.
