Job summary

GOTAFE in Columbus, OH offers a 10-week internship program designed to immerse you in fashion merchandising. You will analyze customer trends, research industry directions, and communicate insights to leadership while supporting sample ordering and financial reporting.

You will work four days on-site, relocate to Columbus (housing not provided), and participate in cross-functional team projects with mentorship and networking opportunities during the program.

Qualifications

• Full-time availability (40 hours/week) during the 10-week program (June 2–August 5).
• Willing to relocate to Columbus, OH headquarters (housing not provided).
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Understanding customer preferences through competitive patterning, trend analysis, and in-store feedback.
• Researching current trends via runway shows, aspirational brands, and social platforms and communicating insights to leadership.
• Managing sample ordering and oversight.
• Maintaining merchant financial and product reporting and recaps.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth style development and launch.
