Wentworth Institute of Technology invites applications for the position of Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach. This full‑time, 12‑month administrative role provides leadership for the NCAA Division III program, including student‑athlete development, competitive success, recruitment, program administration, and strategic planning.

The Head Coach will oversee practices, prepare for competition, manage the budget, support fundraising and alumni engagement, and mentor a part‑time assistant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of four years of demonstrated success coaching lacrosse.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit and retain academically qualified student‑athletes.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong communication skills and experience building inclusive team environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and administrative oversight for all aspects of the NCAA Division III women’s lacrosse program.
• Oversee day-to-day operations including planning practices, preparing for competition, developing game strategy, scheduling contests, coordinating travel, and equipment management.
• Manage the program budget, support fundraising and alumni engagement, and fulfill fiscal responsibilities.
